Prayagraj division of North Central Railway has taken such a technological leap, which has completely changed complaint management. The country’s first ‘Railway War Room’ has been prepared in Prayagraj, where every complaint lodged on the internet media is caught in a few seconds with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the process of resolution starts immediately. It will be officially launched soon.

The software of this special war room built in the DRM office works on more than 100 parameters and scans the complaints so closely that even mistakes like wrong spelling, no hashtag, or not tagging the officer do not get any mercy in the complaint. For this, the railway

The control system of the railway war room remains active 24 hours a day. The team of technical staff keeps an eye on the screen all the time. As soon as a passenger complains on X, Rail Madad App or Internet Media, the software catches it and issues an alert. Then it is immediately sent to the concerned department. This is the reason that now the passenger will get help even without giving the PNR number or accurate information. Till now passengers complain through 139, Rail Madad App and X etc. But in this, the railway had to give its own accurate information, like PNR number etc. Let us understand the capacity of this system with two examples. A woman complained about the problem of water at Etawah station on X. She neither wrote the name of the station correctly, nor tagged any officer.

Despite this, the AI based software caught the complaint in just 60 seconds and issued a ‘volume alert’. The result was that the problem was solved in a short time.
