Nanu Gupta was a man who thought ahead of his time. When people did not even know the name of EMI (payment on installments), he gave this facility to his customers. This made it easy for middle class families to buy expensive electronic goods. Not only this, if a customer had any problem with the product purchased, Nanu himself would go to their house and solve it. This is the reason that his small business which started from a narrow street of Mumbai has gradually grown to become a huge electronics retail chain today.
